It’s early morning and you light the candle in the bathroom. You look forward to this small ritual each day – in your mind you call it your gentle awakening. You love to breathe deeply the gloriously uplifting aroma of the eucalyptus, lemon and mint as the warmth of the water cascades overhead as the shower awakens your every being. You feel present, centred and stimulated to start your day.
 
Herbal, stimulating Eucalyptus with its distinctive and refreshing scent is wrapped in the uplifting freshness of lemon and mint – all resting on a bed of earthy patchouli.
